Cottage Cheese & Flaxseed Oil

If using berries, clean and rinse thoroughly. If using nuts, soak for up to 24 hours.


1 serving


  • 2/3c (6oz) Organic Cottage Cheese (with 1-2% fat and NO preservatives)
  • 6 Tablespoons Flaxseed Oil
  • Optional: berries, nuts, stevia for sweeter mixtures


*Must be made fresh and eaten IMMEDIATELY* 

  • Mix Flaxseed oil and Cottage Cheese first. 
  • Mix thoroughly using a hand held immersion blender for up to 1 minute. 
  • It should resemble whipped cream with no separated oil. 
  • Let sit for 5-8 minutes. This allows the chemical reaction better FO/CC to take place.
  • Next, add extra ingredients of choice: berries, cinnamon, stevia or raw honey, natural vanilla, lemon, chopped almonds, walnuts, cashews (no peanuts)

Mixture can be consumed as such. 

Or make a delicious, nutritious cancer fighting smoothie using the FO/CC and optional ingredients. Be sure to follow steps above (FO/CC immersion blender) before blending with additional ingredients.



This can be divided into 2 servings, morning and afternoon. If you decide to eat twice daily, it must be made fresh each time. Simply half the recipe for each preparation.
